While a Rotax 914 is usually installed (due to D-Reg requirements), we have fitted the UL520iS engine offering 200HP.
The Tarragon boasts impressive speed, making it the fastest in its class. With a Vne of 370 km/h (200 kt) and a cruise speed of 300 km/h (161 kt), it outperforms similar planes while consuming less fuel. The fully electric and optimized fuel system, along with strategically designed breathing-lines, further enhance its efficiency. You can enjoy flying for up to 1,300 km (810 mi) without the need to refuel.
One notable advantage over other aircraft in its category is its single wing spar, which has been rigorously tested and proven safe up to 17g. Additionally, the modified canopy comes with special air vents and sun visors, ensuring excellent comfort during your flights.
It’s important to note that this aircraft, with its unique engine configuration, falls under the experimental category. However, the engine change has been approved by the manufacturer, and all necessary certificates, center of gravity information, and new weight and balance calculations are included.
